Ready to transform your leadership team?
Get startedAs Radisson Hotel Group continued to expand across South Asia, increasing scale brought a new execution challenge.
The strategy was clear and leaders were experienced. Yet translating strategic intent consistently across regions, hotels and support functions required more than individual capability.
Radisson partnered with Invincible YOU to strengthen the trust and organizational coherence through which execution happens.
The work began with leadership alignment and trust, but progressively moved deeper into the organization's operating system: how information travels, how quickly decisions are made, how dependencies are resolved and how reliably commitments translate into action.
Making Executive Drift Visible
The journey began by surfacing patterns of Executive Drift™ across the leadership system.
Using the Outer Coherence, leaders examined where information slowed, decisions traveled through unnecessary loops, ownership became unclear or difficult conversations were delayed.
This gave leaders a shared language for discussing issues that often remain invisible in organizations.
Trust was no longer viewed simply as a cultural value. It became an operating capability influencing information flow, decision speed, collaboration and follow-through.
Moving from Alignment to Execution
The work was deliberately anchored in live business priorities.
Regional Directors and General Managers began working with clearer lead and lag measures, allowing teams to look beyond final outcomes and identify the few operating levers that could still be influenced.
Leadership conversations increasingly centered on practical questions: What needs to move now? Who owns it? Where is the dependency? What decision is required? And how quickly can it be resolved?
This strengthened the connection between leadership behavior, operating discipline and business execution.
Building the Cadences That Make Execution Stick
As the work evolved, the focus moved beyond individual leadership into the rhythms through which the organization executes.
Monthly Regional Director forums, GM scorecards, support-function conversations and cross-functional mechanisms such as the Commercial Council created clearer spaces for decision-making, escalation and collective problem-solving.
The purpose was not to create more meetings. It was to make leadership time more consequential — shifting conversations from reporting what had happened to resolving what was preventing execution.
Strengthening Trust Where Work Actually Happens
Small-group coaching and leadership interventions reinforced these systemic changes.
Leaders worked on how they exercised authority, challenged one another, surfaced concerns, made commitments and responded when performance pressure increased.
Greater openness meant difficult issues could be raised earlier. Clearer ownership reduced the need for repeated escalation. Stronger trust allowed disagreement to happen without slowing action.
Over time, trust became increasingly connected to the daily mechanics of execution rather than remaining a separate leadership conversation.
Impact
Faster decision-making — Decision latency reduced as leaders became clearer about ownership, escalation and where decisions needed to be made.
Greater openness — Business issues and dependencies began surfacing earlier, allowing teams to intervene before they became larger execution problems.
Stronger execution discipline — Lead–lag measures and recurring reviews created greater visibility of whether actions were translating into movement on key priorities.
Improved cross-functional alignment — Operations, regions and support functions increasingly worked around shared outcomes rather than allowing priorities to remain within functional boundaries.
Movement in business performance — Alongside the wider business transformation, Radisson South Asia's managed like-for-like hotels reported a GOP margin 1.5 percentage points higher than the comparable period last year. This business performance reflects many initiatives across Radisson; Invincible YOU's contribution has been to strengthen the trust, leadership alignment and execution infrastructure supporting them.
Outcome
What began as work on leadership alignment and trust has evolved into a broader Trust-to-Execution system.
As Radisson South Asia continues to grow, stronger decision speed, greater openness, clearer accountability and more disciplined organizational cadences are helping strategic intent travel more reliably across the business.
The journey demonstrates a central Invincible YOU premise: trust becomes valuable when it changes how work moves.
